I appreciated location and staff, they were great. The hotel was in the heart of Arras. Places like Cathedrale st Vaast were at a near distance from here too.

It was an excellent stay. Brilliant location, pretty building, good food. Bedroom was comfortable and staff were outstanding. There were a Christmas market and the markets around the hotel. True 3-star experience, good service.

I really enjoyed the lobby, it was very friendly. The staff was fabulous, outstanding, and everything was perfect. The rooms were beautiful with a quiet atmosphere. Central setting of the hotel.

I had a fantastic experience. Location, interesting design, discreet staff and very tasty breakfast. Good sleep in a quiet bed, convenient and cosy room. The pool was heated and the garden - spacious. Not to mention great wifi!

Food was nice and I have nothing but pleasant memories from this trip. I went on a christmas and everything here was fab. The staff was welcoming, was always ready to help. The breakfast had plenty of food, like eggs, bangers, pastries and cheese.

Attentive staff members. It was adjacent to two historic squares which have a saturday market and town centre and town, incredibly comfortable location overall. Also, musee beaux arts was placed nearby. The service in general was WELCOMING. It was a fine experience in a decent hotel.

One could dine at restaurants such as Viviani 5 minutes away. Staying near to place des heros and possibility to explore jardin des alees.
